Training pastors that handle God’s Truth with care is taken seriously by IDAT.  This is especially important as new churches are rapidly being planted with new pastors.  Tonj Bible Institute is essential in delivering training that ensures high-quality pastoral care is being delivered at each church plant. 

A new building has recently been completed that now support frequent Biblical training.  The training is delivered by Intensive Care Ministry personnel, with the outcome of each pastor receiving a Diploma in Ministry.
